Diet cycles should last somewhere between 10-20 days and allow for a few days between cycles. This will give you a nice break and keep your motivation up (not to mention results!).

High quality diets will allow you to customize according to your individual needs and preferences. Believe it or not, there are tons of food combinations that will achieve weight loss. Why not go with the one that best suits you?
A rigid fat loss diet will only kill your motivation. Most likely, they will be full of foods that you absolutely hate!
