Earlier in this series we mentioned that FINA, the world governing body for aquatic sports (swimming, diving etc) uses Joomla. Well, that's far from the only such organization running Joomla. This week we'll introduce you to Pentathlon.org, the website of the UIPM which is the governing body of Modern Pentathlon. The site is a showcase for this key Olympic sport which involves constestants in swimming, running, shooting, fencing and horse-riding.
The site uses GTranslate for automatic Google translations, and relies on 247.tv for live streaming of events inside Joomla. Read more: |
